vegetarian, nut free, lactose free, low carbs, low fat,

gluten friendly and high protein meals.

Chantal Macameau, chef-owner,

is the face and jack of all trades of the business.


Chantal holds a bachelor’s degree in psychology,

enjoys her morning coffee and

spending time with her loved ones.


In 2015, after a long battle with an eating disorder,

she finally feels like she has won. Having spent the last several years doing research as well as experimenting in the kitchen,

in 2019 she decides to dedicate her time to her new passion hoping it can also contribute to her community’s health.

We offer a wide selection of healthy, vegetarian, vegan,

nut-free, lactose-free, low-carbs, low-fat, gluten-friendly and high protein meals.

In our commercial kitchen,

certified by the Porcupine Health Unit, we prepare and cook your meals with the freshest ingredients available.

We mostly use whole wheat ingredients, coconut, olive and grape seed oils, fresh herbs and spices for cooking.


Most of our containers are

reusable and recyclable.

They are also mostly

microwave and dishwasher safe.
