is the face and jack of all trades of the business.
Chantal holds a bachelor’s degree in psychology,
enjoys her morning coffee and
spending time with her loved ones.
In 2015, after a long battle with an eating disorder,
she finally feels like she has won. Having spent the last several years doing research as well as experimenting in the kitchen,
in 2019 she decides to dedicate her time to her new passion hoping it can also contribute to her community’s health.
