I’m Chantal, 37 years old, and an entrepreneur who thrives on challenges and new projects.

 

What inspires me most is creating meaningful experiences and moments that allow our clients to gather with their loved ones.

 

With a Bachelor’s degree and a background in entrepreneurship, human resources, event coordination, and esthetics, my career has been fueled by a passion for building, growing, and always moving forward.

In 2015, after facing health challenge, I knew it was time for a change. Once I got my health back on track, I realized that our community lacked healthy options and I saw an opportunity.

In 2019, after months of research and planning, I launched an online store offering pickup-only healthy meals out of a small kitchen tucked in the back of our local grocery store.

 

A few years later, we moved into a cozy spot on 9th Street, where customers could finally pop in and grab meals directly from our fridge !

​

In 2024, risotto & co. purchased the cutest boutique in the heart of downtown Hearst, where we host events and create experiences. We now have two grab-and-go counters, our catering services continue to grow, and our experiences keep on blooming.

 

In just one year, we’ve accomplished so much already and the best is yet to come !
